MEET KELSEY

Kelsey Reddicks is a Los Angeles based certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), certified Power Plate Trainer, certified group fitness instructor, and earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Oregon. Kelsey understands the important balance of the mind and body and how they work in concert. She exercises for the soul; to make sure you’re having as much fun as possible, while focusing on general health.

Kelsey founded U BEAUTIFUL SOUL to empower women to live their best life through health and fitness. Exercise is not only an activity for physical health but mental health. She works with women to build strength and develop personal growth to ultimately achieve their goals within their career, relationships, and life. Her workouts will leave you sweating, smiling and full of ambition!
