EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Dumbbells (Don't have dumbbells? Anything with the same weight will work- wine bottles, books, filled water bottles) If you don't have any equipment, no sweat! You can complete our entire routine with body weight.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All you need is your computer, water, and space to move! We will be coming down to the floor so feel free to set out a yoga mat. Check the equipment list if anything additional is needed. Kelsey will be leading you through a warm up, full body workout and cool down. For best audio and visual, we ask that all participants please mute their microphones throughout the session. This workout is for you and you only, if you need to rest or grab water feel free to do so throughout the session. Most importantly, let's have fun! *Cancellations made 12 hours before class will be issued a full refund. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.

Zoom link will be emailed to participants 30-60 minutes before the event start.
