TRAINING STYLE

Kelsey focuses on the entire body utilizing strength training, cardio, and advanced trainings such as HIIT (high intensity interval training) and explosive metabolic movements like plyometrics. The workouts incorporate free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, TRX and other equipment. Her program design is based upon your individual goals whether that’s weight loss, muscle toning, power and agility, or balance and flexibility. She provides change and variation throughout your fitness program to provide the most effective workout while also keeping it new and fun!

Power Plate Training

The Power Plate is a medical grade device that utilizes harmonic vibration. The plates are moving three directions at once: left to right, front to back, up and down. The vibration activates your muscle reflexes, passively exercising your muscles during the workout, contracting them 30 to 40 times per second.
